All four Washington Mayoral candidates appeared before a very respectfully size crowd at the Washington High School Auditorium on Tuesday for a debate on the issues that face Washington.
Republicans Diana Snyder, Jerry Sidebottom and Don Williams along with Democrat Dave Rhoads touted their years in city government and community service and the experience they believe they have to be the next Mayor. Don Spillman, a retired history teacher and reporter with WAMW News was the moderator.
The event was sponsored by the Washington Times Herald, Publisher Melody Brunson was pleased with how the night went..
Questions that were submitted and asked surrounded topics like economic development, the upcoming National Highway Improvement Project, utility rates, jobs and infrastructure.
