They say that 58-year-old Thomas C. Holt is facing a felony charge of Possession Meth and misdemeanor Marijuana and Paraphernalia Possession.
Holt was taken into custody when state police went to his home to serve an arrest warrant. Holt was wanted on a probation violation concerning unrelated charges of drug possession, drunk driving and nuisance offenses. When the trooper got to his home, they saw Holt trying to leave in a vehicle. The trooper blocked the driveway with his patrol car and a search of Holt’s vehicle turned up the pot, meth and paraphernalia.
