Over 600 locations were without power this morning following an outage near 6th Street and Old Wheatland Road in Vincennes.
The transformer near the intersection lost power around 7:30am. Duke Energy crews spent the morning hours restoring electricity to those affected. The problem was fixed and the power was restored to the affected areas around 10am.
