City meetings to be held tonight

The Washington City Council meets for a regular session tonight.
The council will hear a PACE project update and ordinances on vacating a portion of Florence Street, an appropriation and tax rate for the civil city and public library for 2020, to rezone property along the 50 bypass and setting trick or treat times for Halloween night.
Prior to the start of the meeting the council will hold three public hearings. One has to do with an Application for a grant to the state Office of Community and Rural Affairs for improvements to the wastewater system.  Another has to do with the city budget and another with the library budget.
Everything starts at 6:30 at the council chambers on Harned Avenue.
