Reward raised in Bryson murder investigation

         Indiana State Police report a reward offered in connection with information of French Lick, Indiana homicide investigation has been increased.
          The amount offered has risen from 5 to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for the death of James Bryson.  He was found dead December 27th, 2016 at his a residence 11387 West County Road 50 South in French Lick.  Police were called to conduct a welfare check on Bryson who had not been scene since Christmas Eve, 3 days before his body was found.  The doors and windows to the home were locked and police had to force their way in and that’s when they found Bryson dead.   A cause of death was never released but the death was determined to be a result of foul play.  
Indiana State Police Investigators want to remind the public that any information at all no matter how insignificant it might seem could be the missing piece of the puzzle that solves this tragic murder during the 2016 Christmas season.   All information can remain anonymous.
