Accident, incidents and arrests from the weekend

 
-At 4:30 Sunday morning, an unknown caller told authorities a vehicle had ran off an embankment and into water along State Road 57.  The SUV had gone down into a deep ditch. A woman, believed to be driving the vehicle was said to have gotten out of the vehicle and was taken to the emergency room for a chemical test.  Police reports say she was possible intoxicated.
-At 1:04-am on Sunday there was a report of a car/deer crash at the Roundabout in East Washington. 
-City Police investigated an animal complaint Sunday afternoon in which a five year old was reported to have been bitten by two dogs.  Animal control took control the anminals and the dogs’ owner was cited.
 SUNDAY ARRESTS
-A Washington woman was charged Sunday with Criminal Mischief. The arrest was made by the Washington PD.  Bond was posted for 18-year-old Lynsie Burris.
-Preston Archangel of Washington was arrested by Sunday for Criminal Mischief.  Bond was set at $2000. That arrest made by Washington PD.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 39-year-old Michelle Kirk of Linton with Operating While Intoxiacted with Greater or Equal to .15%, Operating While Intoxicated with Refusal and Endangerment.  Bond was set at $2000.
 SATURDAY ARRESTS
-On Saturday Washington Officer arrested 44-year-old James Sisco of Washington. He’s charged with Possession of a Schedule 4 Controlled Substance. No bond was set.
-Colt Coniff, 46 of Oakland City was arrested by Indiana State Police in Daviess County on Saturday.  He’s charged with Operating Whiel Intoxicated with Greater or Equal to .15% and with Endangerment.  Bond was set at $2000.
-Washington Police served an arrest warrant on 22 year old Diamon Schaeffer of Hunsville, Alabama on Saturday.
-A Knox County woman was jailed for Battery and Disorderly Conduct.  Washington Police charged 30-year-old Jayda Reed of Edwardsport with the crimes after a Saturday investigation.  No bond was set.
-38-year-old Richard Ferguson of Worthington was arrrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant for Criminal Trespassing.  Bond was posted.
-Oscar Mercedes of Washington, 24 was charged with Operating While Never Receiving a License.  No bond was set.
-35-year-old Dinora Ramirez of Washington was arrested Saturday for Operating While Never Receiving a License.
