Petersburg loves their local Chinese restaurant. Residents there have been going through withdrawal from the General Tao Chicken, Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon and other favorites since July. That’s when the Lin Family decided to take a sabbatical after 20 plus years of running the restaurant 7 days a week.
They took some R and R and made some changes to their menu and restaurant. They reopened this past Tuesday to a crowd that was standing outside ready to get in. Due to the overwhelming response of the reopening, they ran out of food a day later which was yesterday. So, social media reports show that China Wok is closed today for them to restock and cook. They promise they’ll be open for business during regular hours tomorrow (Friday).
