The Knox County Development Corporation will be looking for a new President. Kent Utt who has served in the position for around 5 years resigned yesterday, effective immediately. He said he will stay on as a consultant through December. He said he is going to begin work as a self employed appraiser. He says the decision will give him more flexibility for he and his wife to travel.
In a press release, the KCDC thanked and praised Utt for his work with the Corporation. They said the Utt has built relationships which position Knox County for continued success in the future.
