79-year-old Taylor Hendricks Brown of Indianapolis died October 10, 2019 at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis.
Taylor was born June 18th, 1940 in Linton, Indiana to Taylor & Olive Eunice (Beadle) Brown. He was a 1958 graduate of Linton High School. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force which included duty until 1963 with the American Armed Forces Network.
Taylor worked for over 55 years in broadcasting. His career began at the age of 15 when he was hired as a part-time announcer at WBTO in Linton. Once he returned
home from the service, he worked in various sized markets across the Country from Las Vegas to Terre Haute. His retired in 2010 as News Director from WAMW in Washington, Indiana.
He is survived by his daughter, Arianah Musique Brown of Indianapolis. The Cremation Society of Indianapolis handled his final
arrangements.
The public is invited to a Celebration of Life Sunday, October 27th, 2pm at the Veterans of Foreign War Post #3321 located at 305 East Main Street in
Washington, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW Post #3321.
