Thursday is Halloween but Washington’s official Trick or Treat Times have been moved to Friday….
Again, Mayor Joe Wellman said the official times for Trick or Treat activities will be from, 5 pm to 8:30 pm Friday evening. Thursday’s weather forecast is calling for a 90% chance of rain with temperatures falling into the mid 20s. The Fire and Police Department Safe-Stops will also be moved to Friday night.
