The Daviess County Chamber of Commerce will be searching for a new director in 2020. Samantha Bobbitt announced to the board and community members that she will be resigning at the start of the year to take a job with the Washington Housing Authority. Bobbitt has served as director for nearly nine years. Bobbitt has agreed to serve on the search committee and would like to stay active with the board to make the transition as smooth as possible. She will step down at the end of the month.
