-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42-year-old Damon M. Dant of Montgomery Thursday on warrants. He was wanted for Failure to Appear for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury, Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct. No bond was set.
-State and local authorities and medical personnel were dispatched to State Road 57 at Elnora last night at just before 9-pm. There was a report of a personal injury accident. Police reports indicate it involved a motorcycle and log entries says the rider was talking and complaining of pain.
-There was a minor accident at Taco Bell in Washington at 12:42-pm Thursday.
-A motorist knocked down a road sign at the roundabout yesterday. That was reported at 2:22 pm.
-Washington Police investigated a reported breaking and entering and theft. That was called in at 3:20 pm from a resident in Sundale Trailer Court.
