(NETWORK INDIANA/EVANSVILLE) The case against an Evansville man who was arrested for child molestation last year has been dismissed. 30-year-old Jacob Franklin was accused of forcing a child to do sexual acts, but the victim was “unable to articulate key points of the case,” according to the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office. The judge said there was no evidence to prove Franklin guilt, and he was released from jail on Thursday.
