-Jessica R. Garland of Washington was arrested for Theft on Monday, the 31-year-old Washington woman was booked into jail without bond.
-Albert E. Tillman, 45, of Justice, IL was booked into the security center on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Battery, Criminal confinement and Domestic Battery. Bond was posted.
-Emergeny crews responded to an accident Monday where a vehicle had flipped over and was inverted. It was reported at 1:16-pm from US 231 at Odon. Police reports indicate there were no injuries.
-Washington Police investigated a breaking and entering reported at a Southeast 13th Street residence.
