Another person has been given a ticket for violating Indiana’s stay at home order, and not for a good reason. Evansville Police arrested Jordan Cochran Sunday after he repeatedly called 911. Police dispatchers said Cochran called 911 a total of nine times, apparently because he was cold and needed a ride. Cochran was later arrested and ticketed for the stay-at-home violation.
