An Illinois woman and Indiana man were arrested in Gibson County on drug charges when police investigated a reported road rage incident.
The call came in at 4:08-pm local time on Sunday to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department. The road rage allegedly occurred on US 41 near Gibson County Road 550-North. The vehicle reportedly involved was found and meth and other illegal items were located in the car.
Arrested were 31-year-old Chelsea Miller of Lawrenceville, Illinois and 25-year-old Christopher Burke of Oaktown, Indiana. Both are charged with Possession of Meth. Miller was also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and Burke faced additional charges of Possession of a Synthetic Drug, Cocaine, and Marijuana and with Operating While Intoxicated. Both were released from the Gibson County Jail after posting bond.
