In another matter related to the pandemic, Indiana Election Commission met today to flesh out plans for Indiana’s expanded mail-in voting for the June 2 primary. Many counties are having even more trouble than usual rounding up enough poll workers. Secretary of State Connie Lawson says the state will try to help with recruiting, including outreach to high school students and recently laid-off workers. The state will still offer in-person early voting, but for a shortened eight-day window.
