Farbest in Huntingburg to close Monday and Tuesday

Employees of the Farbest Turkey Plant on Friday were reported to have undergone mandatory coronavirus testing. The plant in Huntingburg will be closed Monday and Tuesday to await test results. Inside Indiana Business reports that Farbest President Ted Seger says eligible employees will be notified to return to work on Wednesday. Any employee testing positive must self quarantine for 10 days the report said. Earlier this week the company had said that 42 employees at the Huntingburg facility had tested postive for the virus.
