Knox County Fair officials reported Friday that the oldest fair in the state will be a modified one due to COVID-19. Officials say after reviewing federal, state and local requirements to hold the fair and taking into accounts information from the local Emergency Management and Purdue Extention, the board voted not to have a normal fair. The modified fair will give 4H members a chance to show or display their projects at the fairgrounds in some manner. Details are still be worked out as the fair board coordinates with Knox County 4H.
