A Pike Central Graduate from the class of 2020 is the recipient of the 2020 Donna Gentry Scholarship. The Daviess County Right to Life offers the $500 scholarship to Daviess and Pike County students in honor of the late Donna Gentry was a long time advocate for Right to Life in Daviess County.
Colin Craig, son of Jon and Cassie Craig of Petersburg is this year’s recipients. Applicants had to write a 500 to 550 word essay on “What is Happening to America because of Abortion.” Craig plans to attend Western Kentucky University in the fall and study broadcasting and meteorology.
