Daviess County officials continue to work to put together a policy for easing restrictions at the Daviess County Courthouse.
Governor Eric Holcomb’s Executive Orders state that county courthouses can ease restrictions and be more open to the public starting next week. Several County Department heads have met to come up with guidelines and procedures and they will be formally adopted at the next Commissioners’ meeting. In the meantime, the Commissioners authorized County Auditor Patty Ball and County Attorney Grant Swartzentruber to meet and finalize that document before next week.
