A third person has been arrested in connection with a murder in Warrick County and she’s from Knox County. 36-year-old Ivory Michelle Baumgartner of Wheatland is charged with 3 felonies including Conspiracy to Commit Murder; Assisting a Criminal and Obstruction of Justice. The charges stem from the 2019 murder of Valerie Ruark. The others arrested in the case were 43-year-old Brian Baumgartner and 24 year old Anthony Wolfe.
