Traffic stop nets 2; local woman charged with counterfeiting

On the local arrest reports…

-A traffic stop on East National Highway in Washington resulted in two arrests late Monday morning.  Police reports say 25-year-old Eric Rutkowki of Lawrenceville, Illinois was charged with Driving While Suspended and Possession of a Firearm by a Violent Felon.  Also, 24-year-old Skylar Shirey of Vincennes was charged with Possession of Meth.  Shirey posted bond while no bond was set for Rutkowski.
-Washington Police arrested 46-year-old Jason L. Beckett of Washington on Monday.  He’s charged with Disorderly Conduct; Public Intoxication; Resisting law Enforcement and Battery on Law Enforcement.  No bond was set. The charges stem from police investigating a report of suspicious activity on East Main at 7:37 last night.
-Indiana State Police arrested a Washington woman on Monday for Identity Deception; Counterfeiting and Harassment by Using a Computer Network.  38-year-old Rikki J. Lyford of Washington was booked into the security center on a $2500 bond. Bond was posted.
-36-year-old Dustin J. Jones of Jasper was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on Monday without bond.  He was wanted on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Resisting Law Enforcement and Operating While Intoxicated.  Bond was set at $2500.
 -The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served an arrest warrant on 22-year-old Isaac J. Smith of Plainville.  Hew as wanted for Burglary; Strangulation: Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child and Criminal Mischief.  Bond was posted.
