DCH Celebrates a Year of Providing Ambulance Service and Says Thank You to the Community

It’s been a year since the Daviess Community Hospital took over ambulance service in Daviess County.   In the past year the ambulance service has set up ambulance stations located in Odon and Cannelburg to help with response time in those areas.  Daviess Community Hospital wants to mark the anniversary with a special event.
DCH spokesperson, Angie Stiener says that on Saturday, August 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. there will be a drive through event with hot dogs, chips, and water…bagged up to hand through you car window..  There will also be ambulances on display for people to view on your drive through.
Stiener says it won’t just be a celebration of the ambulance service…but also a “thank you” to the community for their support of the hospital through the on-going pandemic.

Again, the event is Saturday, August 1st, from 11 to 1 ion the hosptial parking lot.
