Yesterday the Knox County Health Department reported two more cases of COVID-19 in the County. That brings the total number of cases in Knox County to 91. Health officials say there are currently 20 active cases. Three patients are recovering in the hospital; however, no one is currently in the ICU.
The Dubois County Health Department reported two new COVID-19 related deaths yesterday, bringing the county’s death toll to nine. The Department also reported 23 additional cases of COVID-19 since Tuesday. 469 people have been diagnosed with the virus in Dubois county. 286 of those patients have recovered. 4,043 people have been tested for the virus in Dubois County as of yesterday.
Through out the state, 2,666 Hoosiers have died from the coronavirus, according to the Indiana State Department of Health. That’s 14 more than reported Tuesday. The ISDH also says 763 more people in the state have tested positive. More than 58,000 total people in the state have tested positive, with people age 20-29 now the leading age group.
