A Bicknell man was arrested Friday afternoon and faces charges of auto theft and drug possession.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36 year old Joshua Shaner of Oaktown on one count of Possession of Methamphetimene and three counts of Auto Theft. Shaner was taken to the Knox County Jail. His Bond was set at $5,000 cash.
Shaner is a suspect in a string of recent thefts and burglaries in the Knox County area. Josh Shaner was arrested around 4:15 p.m. in Oaktown.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office also posted surveillance photo on its Facebook page and is asking the the public’s help in identifying a person captured in the surveillance camera photo.
