Another execution at the Terre Haute prison has been scheduled. On December 8, Lisa Montgomery will be the first woman to be executed by the federal government in more than 60 years. In 2007, Montgomery was convicted for the 2004 murder of Bobbie Jo Stinnett. Montgomery strangled the pregnant woman to death, then cut the baby from her womb and kept the child as if it were her own.
