The Daviess Community Foundation has received a $100,000 grant. The grant will do a lot of good for Daviess County. It will fund part of the construction of the Commons project which will give Daviess County a portion of Main Street to host events and hold public gatherings. The grant comes from Lilly Endowment as part of their Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow Initiative. The Knox County Community Foundation also received $100,000 from Lilly Endowment, which will go to support the Pantheon.
