When it comes to predicting the next President of the United States, Vigo County has a long history of getting it right. Since 1888, the presidential candidate who received the most votes in Vigo County has gone on to become president in every single election except two — 1908 and 1952. So where do voters stand in 2020? According to an Emerson College poll, Donald Trump and Joe Biden are each getting 48% of the votes, while just under 4% said they were voting for someone else.
