On Friday, the Daviess County Heath Department confirmed 31 more cases of COVID-19 within Daviess County. That brings the total number of cases diagnosed in Daviess County to 1,162. In addition, one more death was also reported bringing that total to 41. The Daviess County Health Department urges residents and businesses in Daviess County to assist in lowering the infection rate by following the Governor’s Executive Order, wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, self-isolating when you are sick or have tested positive, and frequently washing your hands.
