A traffic stop that started out routine turned into a police chase that went across two counties on Thursday. The chase led to the arrest of a Huntingburg man who had several warrants out for his arrest. Police say 48-year-old Kenneth Frakes, hit a patrol car near Farmersburg, when police pulled him over. Eventually, Frakes sped off. The chase started in Sullivan County and ended in Vigo County. Frakes got out of his car to run away, but police caught up to him in the woods. Frakes is facing several charges.
