The latest numbers are in, and they’re breaking records. On Sunday, the Indiana State Department of Health reported 6,844 new cases of coronavirus across the state. That brings the total number of Hoosiers who’ve tested positive for the virus to 251,597. The department also reported 22 new deaths, bringing the total number of Hoosiers who’ve died from the virus to 4,660. So far, over 3.5-million Hoosiers have been tested for the virus. The state’s current overall positivity rate sits at 6.6-percent, with the seven-day positivity rate coming in at 11.1-percent.
