The idea of a bubble in Indianapolis sounds like a great one to the governor. Governor Eric Holcomb says his office is working with the NCAA to create a safety plan in preparation for March Madness in 2021. The NCAA has considered utilizing a “bubble” environment for the upcoming men’s basketball tournament, similar to what the NBA did earlier this year. Governor Holcomb says as long as it’s safe, he’s 100-percent on-board.
