Early this morning, Indiana State Police arrested a 59-year-old Bruceville man for Operating While Intoxicated. He was stopped on US41 for a taillight violation. The driver displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Police also detected the odor of burnt marijuana during the stop. Further investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to the Gibson County Jail.
