An Indiana State Representative wants to legalize cannabis. State lawmaker Vanessa Summers is proposing a bill similar to the 2013 Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, which legalized recreational cannabis. Summers also wants to see an expungement process for Hoosiers who have previous cannabis convictions. The bill is currently being reviewed.
