A new charged has been filed against a man originally accused of manslaughter. Jacob Lacoste of Vincennes was arrested in 2019 in connection with a deadly shooting. 23-year-old Drew Allen Roach was shot and killed on Thunderhill Drive in 2019. Lacoste was arrested and originally charged with manslaughter, but he has now been charged with murder.The charge was filed on Monday and Lacoste was booked into the Knox County Jail. Prosecutors filed the charge saying Lacoste allegedly, knowingly shot Roach.
