Patricia Gail Hawkins, 84 of Washington, formerly of Shoals, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.
Patricia was born in Daviess County on September 22, 1936 to the late Frank and Thelma Roark. She was a devoted wife, and was married to the late Alton Hawkins on October 19, 1959. Patricia was a loving mother and enjoyed her children as well as others, as she was a bus driver for many years and a teacher. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church and she lived her life for the Lord.
Patricia leaves behind; her loving son, Micah Hawkins; brother, Paul Roark (Alice); nieces and nephews, Rick Hawkins, Troy Roark, Tim Roark, Phil Hawkins, Tim Hawkins, Sondra Emery, Toni Craney, Joni Blaker, and Brian Hawkins; and many great-nieces and nephews.
There will be visitation held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Gill Funeral Home with a celebration of life immediately following at 12:00 P.M. also at the funeral home.
