Vincennes Police are asking the public’s help in providing information on the whereabouts of James Birge. Birge is a person of interest in a shooting that occurred in Vincennes on Sunday. If anyone has infromation in regard to James Birge, you are asked to contact the Vincennes Police Department. Police say that if you see Birge, do not approach him. He is considered armed and dangerous. No other information in regard to the shooting has been released.
