On Monday, the Indiana Department of Health reported 817 new cases of coronavirus across the state. That brings the total number of Hoosiers who’ve tested positive for COVID-19 to 649,652. The department also reported 19 new deaths, bringing the total number of people who’ve died due to the virus to 11,765. So far, 3-million people in Indiana have been tested for coronavirus. The state’s current overall positivity rate is at 10.2-percent, while the seven day positivity rate sits at 5.3-percent. The Indiana Department of Health announced more than 800-thousand Hoosiers have received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine, and over 300 thousand people have received both doses.
