Indiana businesses, schools, and churches no longer have to worry about being sued over COVID-19. Governor Eric Holcomb signed a law that gives all three protections from lawsuits. Governor Holcomb says most businesses in the state are making a good faith effort to reopen safely, and he doesn’t want the fear of jackpot justice lawsuits stopping those businesses.
