A Newburgh man is facing charges after pulling a gun on a security guard over the weekend. According to court documents, Joseph Day was asked to leave a bar in Evansville multiple times. Day, who was intoxicated, pulled a gun on bar security. Police say he quickly put the gun away, and a friend pulled him outside. Day was eventually arrested and taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail. He’s facing charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, intimidation, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct.
