The Odon Police Department has a new tool to help with proper drug disposal. The United Way of Daviess County recently donated a drug disposal container to the department for public use. People in Daviess County can drop off their unwanted or expired medicines at the Odon Police Department Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM. United Way officials say this is part of their education and awareness initiative program. The United Way has also provided senior citizens with containers and lock boxes to store their medication safely. In addition, they have also supplied them with disposal kits.
