Washington Police Department recognizing promoted officers

The Washington Police Department is recognizing several officers that have been promoted throughout 2020 and into 2021.
Captain Dietsch has been serving since 2007 and was promoted from Detective Sergeant to 2nd shift Captain. Captain Dietsch has held positions/certifications within the Department as Detective Sergeant, Sergeant, Patrolman, K9 handler, ERT member/Sniper, Methamphetamine suppression and Forensic Interviews.
Detective Hudson has been serving since 2008 and was promoted from Patrolman to Detective. Detective Hudson has held positions/certifications within the Department as Patrolman, Physical Tactics Instructor, ERT member, and has attended FBI Hostage Negotiation/Rescue School.
Captain Humphries has been serving since 2011 and was promoted from 3rd shift Sergeant to 3rd shift Captain. Captain Humphries has held positions/certifications within the Department as Sergeant, Patrolman, Emergency Vehicle Operations Instructor, ERT member/Sniper, Less Lethal Instructor, Operation Pull Over Coordinator, and is a certified Breath Test Operator.
Sergeant Stanley has been serving since 2014 and was promoted from 3rd shift Patrolman to 3rd shift Sergeant. Sergeant Stanley has held positions/certifications within the Department as Patrolman, Firearms Instructor, K9 handler, and ERT member/Sniper.
Sergeant Waggoner has been serving since 2018 and was promoted from 2nd shift Patrolman to 2nd shift Sergeant. Sergeant Waggoner has held positions/certifications within the Department as Patrolman, ERT member, and has attended schools for Criminal Interdiction and Advanced Interview/Interrogations.
