Rose Etta Mauck, 89, of Vincennes, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at her residence.
She was born January 15, 1932, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois to Audrey and Iola (Hart) Hullen.
Rose worked in the group homes for KCARC and was a member of the Free Methodist Church. Rose loved helping people through RSVP and the Senior Citizen Center and enjoyed cooking. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are her children Sandra Butterfield and her husband Thomas of Vincennes and Asa Mauck and his wife Cindy of Allendale, Illinois her grandchildren April, Susan, Rosie, Lisa, Laura, Tammy, Patty, Arva, and Angelic; along with several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arva whom she married on October 8, 1948, and preceded her on February 20, 1975; and one sister.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, March 27, 2021, at the Free Methodist Church. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Rose Etta Mauck.
