Indiana State Police have made a second arrest in connection to a Martin County rape case.
In January of 2021, Indiana State Police began an investigation into an allegation of Rape involving a male suspect and a female victim. Both are from Martin County.
The investigation led to the arrest of 33-year-old Waylon Wininger of Shoals. He was charged with Rape.
A second arrest has now been made in connection to the case.
22-year-old Sean Dallas Winiger of Shoals was arrested and charged with Rape over the weekend.
He was taken into custody on Saturday and transported to the Martin County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
