Indiana officials opposing the For The People Act

Indiana plans to take legal action if President Biden signs a law that changes how states handle their own elections.
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita made that promise last week.
Rokita testified before the U.S. Senate about the For The People Act.
He says it is a massive power-grab by Congress, and would upset how states handle their own elections.
Rokita says Indiana will take the proposal to court if it becomes law.
The plan would essentially federalize many aspects of voting, including absentee voting and eliminating the use of voter ID laws.
