A woman is in the hospital after a crash in Sullivan County.
Sullivan County police say 28-year-old Gaila Thacker was driving northbound on SR 63 at high speeds on Friday, when she missed a curve.
Her car left the road, rolling multiple times and came to rest in a field.
The car then caught fire, with Thacker still inside.
Police say the woman’s husband had been following her, and was able to pull her out of the car.
Thacker was taken to the hospital to be treated for internal injuries, which are believed to be non life-threatening.
Police believe alcohol was involved in the crash.
