The Washington Softball team fell at hone last night to North Daviess 10-0.  The Lady Hatchets travel to Shakamak tonight.

Loogootee softball topped Orleans 21-0.  The Lions travel to Princeton tonight.  Loogootee baseball team will take on White River Valley tonight at 5:30pm.
The North Daviess baseball team shut down Clay City 12-2.  North Daviess will host Tecumseh tonight.
Barr Reeve is at home taking on Springs Valley in baseball.  Live coverage at 5pm on the General 95.9/101.3/AM 1580.

The Washington Girls Tennis Team is at hone facing South Knox tonight at the Lena Dunn Courts at 6:30pm.

The Cincinnati Runs hit two home runs and two hit the Giants, winning 3-0 over San Francisco.  The Chicago Cubs offensive struggles continued Monday with a 6-3 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers. Chicago has just 49 hits through the first 10 games, a franchise record low. The Nationals beat the Cardinals 5-2.  Detroit defeated Houston 6-2. The White Sox walked off Cleveland 4-3 on a throwing error.
 
The Indiana Pacers return home Tuesday night to face Paul George and the Los Angeles Clippers. The Pacers have won three in a row for the first time since the first three games of the season. Indiana is 25-27 and is a game back of eighth place in the Eastern Conference, while the Clippers have won five straight and are 37-18, good for third in the West.
 
Purdue center Trevion Williams declared for the NBA Draft Monday, but the senior-to-be said he will retain his college eligibility by not hiring an agent. Williams will gather feedback from NBA scouts before making a decision, but it is expected he will return to Purdue for his senior season. As a junior, Williams was selected to the All-Big Ten first team by the media after averaging 15.5 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. The 6-foot-10 Williams was one of five finalists for the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar award, given annually to the top center in college basketball. The NBA Draft is scheduled for July 29th, and Williams has until July 19th to withdraw his name from the draft and return to Purdue.
