A man has been arrested in connection to a Knox County cold case.
The Vincennes Police Department held a press conference yesterday to share the details.
Police say Gustav Ryburn was arrested in Florida recently thanks to tips from the community.
The incident happened back in 2008 when a man entered a Vincennes home and sexual abused and battered a female victim.
Police held a press conference in January which detailed a digital composite of the attacker’s appearance at age 25 and 35.
While Ryburn has been arrested, he will have to be extradited to Vincennes to face charges locally.
Vincennes Police say the victim is thankful for everyone’s help.
