The Indiana Department of Health will soon start including data on COVID-19 variants on their website.
More than 1,100 COVID variant infections have been identified in Indiana.
Of those, more than 800 are the B.1.1.7 variant.
So far, the department says vaccines still appear to be effective against the coronavirus variants.
